The University of New Hampshire's Department of Strength & Conditioning is now accepting applications for a part - time (non - benefitted), Strength & Conditioning Coach. The selected candidate will begin July 1 and will work a minimum of 20 hours per week. The financial compensation for the position is $15,000; in addition, the candidate will gain valuable coaching experience to help them obtain a full - time position in the field of Collegiate of Strength and Conditioning.

The primary responsibilities of the position will be to create, organize and implement strength and conditioning programs for M/W Track, Nordic Skiing and the Wildcat Workout Project (WWP). Secondary responsibilities will include assisting the full - time staff with the supervision and execution of the training program for various sports, attending to daily maintenance of the training facility and administrative tasks.


  • Bachelor's degree required in Exercise Science related field
  • Prior Internship in the collegiate setting
  • SCCC, USAW and CPR/AED/First Aid
  • Applicants should be an energetic, enthusiastic, self-starter who is highly motivated to push athletes to excel.
