Bridgewater College, a member of the Old Dominion Athletic Conference and NCAA Division III, is seeking applications for a full-time, 9 month position for an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach, to begin immediately.

Responsibilities include organization, administration and supervision of the intercollegiate Strength and Conditioning programs, including but not limited to: recruiting; budgeting; scheduling, organizing, equipment maintenance, training interns, developing and conducting lift and conditioning programs. Maintaining knowledge and compliance of NCAA and conference rules and regulations as well as college policies.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required, and Master's Degree preferred.
  • Prior experience required.
  • SCCC or CSCS certification required.
  • USAW certification preferred.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be insurable by the college's auto insurance carrier.
