Education: Bachelor's degree, or upperclassmen enrolled in a 4yr university exercise physiology (or related) program
Experience: 6months+ coaching experience
Time/ Schedule Requirements:
Days: Available Mon-Sunday
Hours: 40+hrs/ week

Job Description:
First and foremost, you will be a positive extension of the Hill Country Indoor- Sports & Recreation family. You will accurately represent our mission statement with each interaction you have with an athlete, his/ her family members, and spectators. The individual will need to have an open mind to learning new training and physiology concepts, and learn how to properly implement these concepts into a well thought out training program. Will assist full-time and other part-time staff members with the set-up and break-down of group training sessions in the AIM (Athletes in Motion) Training areas. Responsible for assisting the Director of Performance & Training, or other full-time staff members with the daily coaching of group training sessions. Will need to be comfortable with coach classes by themselves and also designing the programs for assigned teams, sports and age groups. Will assist with the daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning duties of the training area. Will assist with the professional development of the intern and fellow part-time staff members. Additional unlisted responsibilities/ duties may be asked of the individual while being employed at Hill Country Indoor- Sports & Recreation.
