The Ohio State University Olympic Sports Strength and Conditioning department is accepting applications for an intern that will primarily work with men's and women's basketball and men's hockey. This is for the fall 2017 semester and the internship is non-paid and must be able to be here for the entire duration of the semester.

You will have the opportunity to work with elite Division I athletes and will also take part of two one hour teaching/learning sessions per week. This internship qualifies for the CSCCa's practicum/internship requirement to test for certification. From the teaching/learning sessions and weekly projects you will have a portfolio that you will be able to use at your next interview and at your next position. Upon your very successful completion, you will also be able to use our staff members as references and contacts along with The Ohio State University Athletics name.

To qualify for on on-campus interview you must be at least a junior and are working towards a degree that will lead you to become a strength and conditioning coach. This program is also open to individuals who have received their bachelor's or master's degree. Priority will be given to those who need an internship to complete their degree program.
