Fellowship Position Overview:

The University of Denver's Sport Performance Fellowship Program offers a part-time, non-benefited position for a 10 month employment period. Each position will work a maximum of 20 hours a week for their 10 month employment period. The position will not exceed 1,000 total hours of employment. Each Sports Performance Fellow will be paid a total stipend of $9,250.00 during the duration of their employment time.

Fellowship Responsibilities:
The position will report directly to the Director of Sports Performance (Matt Shaw). Each Sports Performance Fellow will be directly responsible for both sport team oversight and assistance of appointed sports teams. Additional responsibilities of each Sports Performance Fellow include: the administration, supervision, and development of team programs, as well as additional coaching responsibilities allocated by full-time staff within their weekly schedule. These positions will comply with all NCAA, conference, and University policies and regulations.


-Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred
-Prior Division I experience preferred
-SCCC or CSCS Certification required
-CPR/AED/First Aid Certification required prior to employment
-Successful completion of university background check
