The University of South Alabama is accepting applications for the Olympic Sports Volunteer Internship Program for the 2018 summer semester. Qualified candidates will have the opportunity to serve all Olympic Sports, and will have the opportunity gain hours under a designated CSCCa mentor. This is an UNPAID opportunity that provides experience assisting the staff implement individualized, comprehensive, sport-specific, injury prevention and performance enhancement programs. Potential candidates MUST POSSESS an enthusiastic spirit, strong character, and demonstrate effective organization and communication skills. Required qualifications include achievement or current pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science or related course of study and CSCCa Certification. Applicants must have current CPR/AED certification. This internship is expected to begin no later than Sunday, May 27th 2018, and requires a 2-month time commitment with opportunities to continue pending positive evaluation.
