Graduate Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach

Wagner College, a Division I member of the NEC, is currently seeking 4 Graduate Assistant Strength & Conditioning [S&C] Coaches. Primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Serve as S&C Coordinator to assigned sports [yet to be determined], assist with the implementation of the annual Football training program, properly demonstrate all movements and drills associated with S&C program, thoroughly communicate with Sport Coaches and Sports Medicine Staff regarding injuries and progress, participate in the daily upkeep of the S&C facility. Requirements include: the desire to become a full time S&C professional, a Bachelor's Degree in related field, experience coaching athletes in a team setting (preferably at the college level), proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, & Power Point, strong communication & organizational skills, certification through a recognized S&C certifying agency is preferred [CSCCa, NSCA, NASM, USAW, ISSA]. Successful candidates upon acceptance to a graduate program receive a full tuition waiver, full meal plan, and possibility of housing. Candidates must be committed to earning a master's degree.
