The University of North Dakota seeks highly motivated candidates for a PAID Strength and Conditioning coaching position. Anticipated start date is January of 2019 and will be open until filled.
Duties: Assist Head Strength and Conditioning Coach in all aspects of the implementation of strength, speed, agility, and conditioning programs designed. Weight room maintenance, equipment maintenance and other duties assigned by the strength and conditioning staff.
Qualifications: Candidates must be self motivated, possess a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to become a Strength and Conditioning Coach. Previous weight room experience via previous coaching experience and/or a background as a competitive athlete is preferred. In addition, candidates should be pursuing or just completed a Bachelor or Masters Degree in exercise science or a related field. SCCC or CSCS and CPR/AED/First Aid certification is required.
