Eastern Michigan University Sport Performance is looking for a Graduate Assistant with a start date of May of 2019. We are looking for highly motivated, hard working individuals that understands the needs of the profession. Graduate Assistant will work with varying sports and will include Football.
Must be certified or working towards the CSCCa (SCCC) or the NSCA (CSCS), have first aid & CPR certification.
Responsibilities will include: aid in set up and breakdown of workouts, ordering, stocking, and planning; design and implementation of training programs; meet with coaches and athletic trainers to collaborate on program design and modifications; weight room supervision; daily upkeep and maintenance of equipment; and other duties as assigned.
The Graduate Assistant position is a two-year assignment beginning with the 2019-20 academic year and includes a tuition waiver for graduate credit hours and a monthly stipend.
