Rutgers Olympic Strength and Conditioning department is seeking highly motivated candidates to fill 3 paid internship positions the Fall 2019 semester. Individuals will gain knowledge and experience working in a Division I Collegiate Strength and Conditioning setting. It may fulfill course credit if necessary.

Daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to: assisting with supervision and execution of strength training programs for various sports, daily maintenance of the training facilities, and professional development assignments throughout internship curriculum.

Qualifications: Currently pursuing bachelors/masters in exercise science or related field, certified in CPR/First Aid, and a strong desire to become a Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coach. Prefer SCCC or CSCS certfication(s).

Compensation: contingent on experience. Successful applicants will gain Big Ten experience and essential knowledge and skills necessary for a successful career in Strength and Conditioning.
