University of Arkansas Baseball Strength and Conditioning Department is seeking highly motivated candidates to fill Fall 2019 internship positions. Selected individuals will have the opportunity to work with the Razorback Baseball team. Individuals will gain knowledge and experience at the Division I Collegiate Strength and Conditioning level.

Daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Assisting with the supervision and execution of strength training programs, attending to daily maintenance of the training facility, assisting during practice with athlete return to train progressions, use of technology and weekly professional development throughout a structured internship program.

Qualifications: Currently pursuing or obtained bachelors/masters in exercise science or related field, certified in CPR/First Aid, a strong desire to become a Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coach and pursuing CSCCa-SCCC and/or NSCA-CSCS certification(s).

Preferred: Baseball S&C, Sports Science and technology background

Compensation: This is a non-paid volunteer position. You will gain experience, as well as the opportunity to learn and grow in the field of Strength & Conditioning.
