Kurt Hester

Coach Hester has been the sports performance field for over thirty years as a collegiate strength and conditioning coach as well as owning his own sports training facility and being instrumental in building a corporate sports training company. AS an assistant coach at LSU Coach Hester trained two national championship baseball teams under Head Coach Skip Bertman. The 1997 team broke the NCAA baseball home run record that has not been broken since. After leaving LSU he opened his own training facility, HS2 Athletic Performance where he trained over 15,000 junior high, high school, college and professional athletes. After hurricane Katrina he moved to Nashville he got involved in D1 Sports Training as the National Director of Training and helped build the corporation up to thirty-two training facilities. In 2016 he was a finalist for FootballScoop.com strength coach of the year.
