Holly Frantz

Director of Strength & Conditioning, Olympic Sport

Holly's journey in strength & conditioning began as a graduate assistant in 2002 under the mentorship of Aaron Hillman who discovered and cultivated her emerging passion for coaching.

Her early career stops included her alma mater, Bowling Green State University, as well as the University of Notre Dame and Xavier University.

She spent eight years at the University of Tennessee, and contributed to multiple conference and national achievements of softball, women's golf, volleyball, and swimming & diving teams.

Most recently, Holly has taken over as the Director of Strength & Conditioning for Olympic Sports at the University of Maryland.

Frantz is most passionate about her commitment to developing athletes character and the inter-personal skills necessary for success in their future work and personal lives, long after their athletic careers have concluded.
