Born and raised in Tacoma, WA Went to Lakes High School - Played 3 sports Football, Wrestling and Track & Field at Lakes High School Went to Liberty University - Majored in Coaching and Youth Ministry’s - Played football and track & field - 4 time All American - 2 time small college National Champion Powerlifting - 133 World Records - Numerous American Records - lost track years ago - 23 times World Champion - Set the All Time World Record with the biggest bench press in history with a 1130 bench and did it at the age of 62 which is equal to a bench press of 1575 if I was 30 years younger - I have coached a multitude of lifters for world records and world championships - In 2022 I had over 20 lifters ranked in the Top 20 list in their division in the world Personal Best Lifts - Bench - 1130 x 1 802.5 x 10 315 x 50 Squat - 1007 x 1 745 x 8 Deadlift - 755 x 3 Coaching Honors - 30 plus years coaching - only 1 losing season - As the head strength coach at UW we had 28 wins. 23 of the wins were 4th quarter come from behind wins - As the head strength coach at Liberty we only lost a total of 4 games in the month of November during a 10 year span - As the head strength coach at Liberty I was able to help the team win every conference championship that they have won in the school history - In 2001 I was the PAC 10 strength coach of the year and finalist for national strength coach of the year - I was able to assist the baseball program at UW win 4 out of the 5 conference championships that they have won in the school history - Coached around 10 athletes that are in the NFL Hall of Fame - Coached many athletes from college to professional sports - Missing going to the Super Bowl by one year with the Seahawks I almost became the 14th coach to win a FBS National Championship ring in football and receive a Super Bowl ring. I would have been the first coach to win a ring for the Super Bowl, winning a National Championship and receiving a ring for setting the world record.
