Athlete Development Center will be a full service, multi-sport, indoor training facility located on Volunteer Drive in Spanish Fork, Utah. This facility will be available to individuals and sports teams in Utah County. Housed inside will be a large open turf area, along with state of the art elements to facilitate the development of athletes and teams. Space rentals, individual athlete instruction, league play, and a retail space will be available in Athlete Development Center.
Each product and service offered will be optimized for company success, without sacrificing quality and affordable opportunities for local athletes.

Sports Performance Manager
Athlete Development Center is seeking a manager to run the sports performance and fitness programs.

-Has a passion for sports performance
-Has a knowledge of sports nutrition

-Willing to work a lot of hours to get the programs established
-Willing to participate in other aspects of the facility
-Has a creative mind for creating new movements to maximize athletic performance.

-Create a sports performance plan to be implemented
-Work with athletes to help them improve through plyometric, strength, and sports performance training
-Lead group athlete training sessions
-Lead individual athlete training sessions
-Create a recreational sports performance plan used as a fitness class
-Research and be aware of the latest sports performance research, studies, and trends
-Help in other parts of the facility as needed

-Bachelor's Degree (exercise science, business, or related field is preferred)
-If no degree, experience, certifications, and knowledge will be considered.
-Personal Training Certificate (Preferred)
-Either the SCCC certification from the CSCCa or the CSCS certification from the NSCA is required.
-EXOS Certification (Preferred)

-Understanding of how to use plyometric tools such as speed ladders, chutes, boxes, weights etc
-Coaching or Sports Performance Training
-High School Athlete
-College or Professional Athlete (Preferred)

-Compensation will be based on experience and available work hours.
-General Salary will be between $25,000 and $35,000 for 40 to 50 hours per week.
-Bonuses will be paid if performance standards are exceeded.
