Briar Cliff University - Currently accepting applications for Graduate Assistant.
Responsibilities would include designing and implementing strength & conditioning programs for all assigned teams and also assist the strength coach with the implementation of all other athletic teams at Briar Cliff University. Other responsibilities would include daily upkeep of the athletic weight room and any other duties assigned by the strength & conditioning coach. Candidate must have a strong work ethic and a passion to work in collegiate strength & conditioning. Working early mornings, late evenings and weekends will be expected. This position is a 10 month paid tuition, with a $5,000 yearly stipend. Applicant must have prior coaching experience, CPR/AED certification and a Bachelor’s degree in exercise science or related field. Employment is conditional on the selected candidate being admitted to the BCU graduate school. Applicants are strongly encouraged to hold certifications in either SCCC or CSCS.
