Graduate Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach - Primary Assignment with Women’s Teams

The University of New Hampshire Strength and Conditioning Department is seeking applicants for the graduate assistant position.

The position starts August 24, 2020.
This is a 10 month position and may be renewed for a second year.

Responsibilities Include:
-Strength and Conditioning Coach for assigned women’s teams, testing and evaluation, communication with sport coaches and athletic training staff
-Ability to coach and demonstrate Olympic movements, power lifts, and auxiliary movements
-Ability to use involving software such as but not limited to Excel & Word.

Compensation:
-Graduate Tuition and $19,500 stipend.

Qualifications:
-Must apply and meet eligibility requirements for admission to Department of Kinesiology Sports Studies Graduate program at the University of New Hampshire.
-Bachelor's degree required in Exercise Science or equivalent
-Prior Experience with Div. I Women’s Athletics
-Working knowledge of NCAA rules, standards, practices, and procedures
-One or more of the following certifications: SCCC, CSCS, and/ or USAW
