Incorporating Non-traditional S&C Tools into Your Current Program

PRESENTATION SYNOPSIS

Coach Robert dos Remedios will be talking about how to incorporate tools such as suspension training, kettlebells, sandbags and other non-traditional training tools into your existing programs without having to completely revamp or restructure your layout. By using simple 'menus' for movement patterns coaches can easily plug in these tools and thus enhance their current training programs.

BIO

Coach Robert dos Remedios has been involved in strength and conditioning for over 22 years. Robert has a master's degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Biomechanics from and is a certified Strength and Conditioning Collegiate Coach(SCCC)as recognized by the CSCCa and a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the NSCA. Coach Dos is also the 2006 recipient of the National Strength and Conditioning Association?s prestigious Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Professional of the year for 2006. This award is given to the top collegiate strength coach in the country (as voted on by his peers). Robert has authored 2 best-selling books and travels around the world speaking on various strength & conditioning topics.
