Jennifer Page Daily, MD, is a highly accomplished Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician with a Certificate of Added Qualification in Primary Care Sports Medicine. She currently serves as an Associate Professor at the University of Louisville's Department of Family and Geriatric Medicine, where she is the Program Director for the Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship Program. In addition to her role as Program Director, Dr. Daily is the Medical Director for UofL Health Sports Medicine service line, providing expert medical care to athletes of all ages and skill levels. She also serves as the head Team Physician for the University of Louisville Athletics Department, working closely with student-athletes to help them achieve their full potential both on and off the field. Dr. Daily is a former collegiate athlete herself — competing as a coxswain on the Division I women’s rowing team at the University of Kansas. After graduating from KU and the University of Nevada School of Medicine, Dr. Daily completed a residency in family medicine and fellowship in sports medicine at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Dr. Daily is a highly respected member of the medical community, and her expertise and dedication have been recognized through numerous awards and accolades. These include the Arnold P. Gold Humanism Award, the Humility Professionalism Award, the Kentucky Academy of Family Physicians Exemplary Teaching Award, and the Distinguished Service to the University of Louisville Award, which she received in 2022. Beyond her work at the University of Louisville, Dr. Daily is also involved in a variety of committees and advisory boards, including the University of Louisville School of Medicine Anti-Racism Task Force, the University of Louisville Department of Health and Sport Science Exercise Physiology Advisory Board, and the Kentucky Medical Association Sports Medicine Advisory Committee. Dr. Daily is also a published author, having co-authored the book, Keys to Healthy Communication: Authenticity, Empathy, Empowerment, which was released in February 2022. |

Paul is the founding partner of the MacArthur, Heder & Metler, Law Firm. He earned a BA in English with a minor in Business Finance from Brigham Young University, a Juris Doctorate from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at BYU, and an MS in Taxation degree (LL.M.), with honors, from the Washington School of Law. His practice is focused on business formation, maintenance, contracts (and other corporate issues), taxation, estate planning, non-profit organizations, and adoption. He has served and is currently serving as an officer and board member for many non-profit entities. He was recently voted one of the top legal service providers in Utah County. He and his wife, Monica, are the parents of seven children. Paul loves to spend time with each of them, watch BYU sports, read, play in his garden, and spend time outdoors. |
Frank is a founding partner of the law firm of Morriss O'Bryant Compagni Cannon. Hie practice focuses on the protection and enforcement of domestic and international intellectual property rights. In doing so, Frank has obtained numerous patents, trademarks and copyrights for his client, successfully represented his clients in enforcing their intellectual property rights and defended his clients against accusations of infringement. Frank is a member of the Utah Bar and a Registered Patent Attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He has also prepared, negotiated and enforced licensing and manufacturing agreements, product development agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and other technology-related contractual matters for his clients. Frank has additional experience in preparing patentability, infringement and right-to-use opinions as well as preforming due diligence analyses for intellectual property acquisitions. |

Mr. Rasmussen is a shareholder with the Salt Lake City firm of Snow, Christensen & Martineau, has been practicing law since 1990 and is licensed in both California and Utah. In addition to regularly handling corporate and real estate matters, he also has a busy litigation practice and has successfully tried cases in tort law and insurance defense, construction, franchise law, product liability, real estate, and contract law. Mr. Rasmussen played defensive back at Brigham Young University and was a member of the 1984 national championship football team. |
