Strength and Conditioning Graduate Assistant

The University of Central Missouri Strength and Conditioning Department is seeking qualified applicants for Fall 2025 graduate assistant position (with the possibility starting Summer 2025).

Responsibilities:
Include but are not limited to: design and implementation of sport specific strength and conditioning programs for 2-3 assigned Olympic sport teams; supervision of team workouts; demonstration and instruction of various weightlifting techniques; assisting with all football strength and conditioning responsibilities (Practice, Travel, and Game Day.)

Qualifications:
(Required) — Bachelor’s degree, working towards or already obtained CSCS or SCCC certification, and CPR certifications
(Preferred) - Previous strength and conditioning experience designing and implementing programs at the collegiate level; USAW certification.
Final candidates are subject to acceptance into graduate school before hire date.

Compensation:
$4,500/ semester stipend for Fall and Spring ($1,800 for summer) and coverage for tuition and fees up to 12 credit hours/ semester (6 Credit hours for summer).
