Youngstown State University is looking to fill four Sports Performance Graduate Assistant positions, starting Fall 2025. Graduate Assistant duties include, but are not limited to: assisting in all areas of the Sports Performance department; design and implementation of resistance training, speed & agility, and conditioning programs for assigned teams; the monitoring and evaluation of student athletes' progress; and upholding the YSU Sports Performance and University standards. This is a 2-year assistantship that includes full tuition, meal plan, and a stipend. Graduate Assistant applicants must be certified by the NSCA or CSCCa and be accepted and enrolled in master’s level classes at Youngstown State University.
