The U.S. Army’s Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) system is the Army’s primary program to improve Soldier readiness and physical performance while reducing injuries and improving overall Soldier health and wellbeing.
Supporting the Army’s H2F program provides many valuable benefits:

Required qualifications for an H2F Strength and Conditioning Coach:
Bachelor’s degree in any field from an accredited college or university.
Hold current SCCC certification through the CSCCa.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant Strength and Conditioning Coach experience.
Waivers of required experience are possible for military veterans, military spouses or for experience as interns or Graduate assistant working with professional/semi-professional, ROTC, collegiate or equivalent sports teams.
The H2F program supports Soldiers at Army installations worldwide.
Current H2F work locations: North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Louisiana, Texas, New York, Kentucky, Kansas, Washington, and Alaska.
**For a limited time, we are offering a $3,000 signing bonus for SCC positions at Fort Riley, KS.
New locations beginning May 2025: Colorado, California, Oklahoma, Missouri, Hawaii, Italy, Germany, and South Korea.
