SEEKING SUMMER OR FALL 2025 SPORTS PERFORMANCE STUDENT INTERNS

As a Campbell Sports Performance student intern, you will have the chance to work with a variety of Division 1 sports and with a staff that prioritizes your educational development above all else. We provide a thorough learning environment that emphasizes real-world application, science, the art of coaching, and how to manage a program from top to bottom. Our objective is to have every intern ready for a full-time position.

Elevate your skills as a leader and coach
Learn practical periodization and program design with feedback from each staff member
Prepare yourself for a career in Sports Performance through resume building, networking, and mock interviews
Gain experience with cutting-edge technology such as Hawkin Dynamics Force Plates, TeamBuildr, Vitruve, Catapult, and more!

In addition, interns pursuing a SCCC certification will have the opportunity to work under our CSCCa mentor, Alex Keough. Qualifications include:

Strong work ethic and high attention to detail
Extreme enthusiasm to grow and develop as a person and coach
Effective communication skills and consistent positive energy
Bachelor's degree or degree in progress preferred
CPR/AED/First Aid Certification preferred
Pursuing or attained SCCC, CSCS, or USAW preferred

Internship hours must contribute to the applicant’s current academic curriculum per Campbell University policy. Students not enrolled at Campbell University may only participate in this internship if they are receiving class credit from their home institution. In such cases, Campbell University requires the applicant to submit an external intern agreement.
