Indiana Wesleyan University Strength and Conditioning Department is seeking qualified applicants for Fall 2025 graduate assistant position.
Position Description: Under the general supervision of the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach, assist in all aspects of the Strength and Conditioning Program in accordance with NAIA, Crossroads League, and University regulations.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Design and implementation of sport specific strength and conditioning programs for assigned sport teams.
-Collaboration with athletic training staff and sport coaches.
- Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of the weight room facilities.
-Provide Christ-centered culture and leadership.
Required Qualifications
-Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science or a related field.
-SCCC or CSCS certification.
-Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification.
-Previous strength and conditioning experience.
