Attendees will gain actionable advice on reducing ACL injuries, promoting tendon health, and emphasizing foot/ankle training to enhance performance and durability. Molly Binetti is in the start of her 13th?year as a collegiate strength and conditioning coach. She just completed her 7th season as the Director of Women’s Basketball Performance at the University of South Carolina. Prior to her arrival in Columbia in 2018, Molly served four years at the University of Louisville and one year at Purdue University. She is a graduate of Marquette University, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology, and the University of Minnesota where she obtained a Master of Education degree in Applied Kinesiology.
