The working relationship between sport and strength and conditioning coaches is both inherently necessary and complicated. This presentation will include information from six collegiate strength and conditioning coaches on their experiences, both mistakes and successes, related to working with sport coaches. Their reflections will be positioned within the larger literature of coaching science and the presentation will conclude with recommendations attendees can take home to improve their work with the sport coaches they work with.
