Eastern Kentucky University: December 2003- current
Named Head Strength & Conditioning Coach in December of 2003, promoted to Director of Strength and Conditioning January 2016 and have since been promoted to Assistant Athletic Director of Sports Performance in September of 2017.
During my time here we have been able to expand our staff from just me to a full-time staff of 4. Have expanded from a weight room of 5,500 square feet to our current facility of 12,000 square feet which includes our fueling station that provides food and shakes for all of our student-athletes.
Oversee the physical and mental development for all 17 varsity teams that encompass 330 student- athletes. We have accumulated 48 OVC Championships during this time.

Graduated from Appalachian State University in 2000 with a degree in Health Promotion while playing football as a Tight End.
I am a native of Chappells, SC where I attended Thornwell High School, where I was an all-state performer in Football, while lettering in basketball, track and baseball.
I am married to the love of my life the former Summer Higgs and we have two amazing daughters- Briley & Paxton.
I would thank Chad Scott, Kenny O' Mary, Chris McCormick, Brandon Hannum, Ryan Hartsell and Josh Randall first and foremost for their friendship and having the opportunity to work alongside them.
