Specific instructions on accessing the 2021 CSCCa Virtual Conference will be sent individually upon receipt of payment.
We have partnered with IronClad AV company to offer a robust virtual conference experience for all. We are excited to announce our launch date of the CSCCa National Virtual Conference is June 1, 2021. All presentations from the in-person conference will be available for viewing, as well as some presentations exclusive to the Virtual Conference! Additionally, the virtual conference will include the Gatorade Pre-Con presentation (additional CEU opportunity), MSCC Ceremony, 20th Anniversary CSCCa tribute videos, and a virtual Exhibit Hall with all attending exhibitors videos and contact information. Be sure to explore the interactive lobby which gives you access to the many areas of the conference including Speaker Sessions, Texas Ballroom, CSCCa Theater, and CSCCa Monthly, and be sure to take the virtual elevator to the Exhibit Hall!
Here are the details:
-Persons who attended the in-person conference: You have access to the virtual conference starting June 1, 2021 — August 31, 2021 (3-month access). Your 15 CEUs have already been awarded for attending in-person. The virtual conference access is free and provided as an additional benefit to you.
-Persons who are attending the virtual conference only and have paid prior to June 1, 2021: You have access to the virtual conference starting June 1, 2021 — August 31, 2021 (3-month access). To attain your 15 CEUs, you will need to watch a minimum of 5 speaker presentations and take the corresponding quizzes to receive credit. (3 CEU’s per presentation x 5 presentations = 15 CEUs needed for this year)
-Persons who are attending the virtual conference only and have NOT yet paid: You will have 3-months of access to the virtual conference immediately upon receipt and processing of your payment. To attain your 15 CEUs, you will need to watch a minimum of 5 speaker presentations and take the corresponding quizzes to receive credit. (3 CEU’s per presentation x 5 presentations = 15 CEUs needed for this year)
NOTE: All access to the virtual conference will end on December 31, 2021.****Gatorade Pre-Con****
In addition to the 15 CEUs you are eligible for through the virtual conference, attendees participating in the Gatorade Pre-Con will be awarded an additional 1.5 CEUs. Anyone who may be behind in their CEU’s for this 3-year period [August 1, 2019 — July 31, 2022], please take advantage of this CEU opportunity!
ATTENTION: Membership is no longer required for National/Virtual Conference attendance. Annual membership dues (membership year runs from August 1- July 31) must be paid by corresponding deadlines in order to receive the member discounted pricing for the national conference. A non-compliance fee will be assessed for individuals who do not pay the membership fee by the corresponding deadline, but who have received discounted pricing for national conference registration.
