The article addresses the recent NCAA legislation which mandates that all Division I strength and conditioning coaches hold an accredited certification by August 1, 2015. The CSCCa's SCCC Certification is one of only two certifications recognized by the NCAA as an accredited certification that meets the requirements for this legislation. As a reminder for anyone who is planning to take the SCCC Certification Examination in May 2015, the deadline to sign up and pay the certification fee is Monday, March 2.
